Donated Brisket

Postby Lil Earl » Thu Dec 01, 2011 10:34 am

I would like to know at a comp that is going to benifit a charity would you rather donate a cooked brisket, donate your leftover brisket or maybe pay an extra $25.00 on the entry fee? Or any other suggestions.

I would say donate left overs or pay extra money is fine. The problem with left overs some people cook small flats and there isn't any meat left to donate. I saw some donators in commerce that looked no bigger than a sandwich :dont:  :whiteflag:

+1 for the $25 ... the less I have to worry about @ a comp the better.

I'd rather donate leftovers without a doubt. Money is tight these days...
