Tyson ribs

Anyone use these in ST Louis cut? Looking to pick up some by the case and not familiar with them. Are they any good for comps?

I have not had any luck with them at all. I do know people that do very well with them though! I assume it all depends on the rub. I would give them a try see what happens.

Tyson has two different varieties enhanced and not enhanced. IMO the enhanced ones are mushy. If the are the enhanceable variety I think you will be fine.JM2C

Interesting, all I've seen from Tyson is the enhanced.

Used them they ok like all the others, just dont over cook them, prefer Sams again lately or HEB's st louis ones

I use HEB's myself and have had really good results.
