Doing a run before the comp next weekend. Trying a new rub combo. Would love your input on what they look like.

they look ugly horrible you mite get sick where will you get rid of them so i can pick them up cuz they look dammmmmm good mite sauce them a bit more oh welll they look good

Maybe a little more sauce, but they look a little dark. I like them to have more of a reddish color, but that is just me.

This is the color I like mine to be. They look a little darker when the picture is inside a building but in the sun at a contest the red look is what I want. I don't use a lot of sauce but I glaze then add a little sauce. Ribs are my most consistent category.

Big believer in no sauce if you use a good rub. They Look a little dry when looking at the slabs, but not on the cut....Good Job!!
