Pork Butt

Postby traviosoway » Mon May 16, 2011 12:58 pm

Hey all, I'm going to Winstar this weekend. Was just gonna cook the brisket, chicken, and ribs. Anyways, after thinking about it, I might cook some pork butt. I've never cooked this and don't know what to expect... Couple questions it says they will address at the cooks meeting but I'd like to know now before I buy the meat...

What size do I need to buy? How is it presented (sliced or not)?

These might be dumb questions. Thanks for any help.

I believe it has to be 5+ pounds.

Texas BBQ is pulled pork, no slicing 8)

Sauce must be cooked on too.

See ya there this w/e!!!
