Getting ready, man I dread fridays

Got my Hoochie Mamma, the Hog waller , the sauces and injections all ready,meats and trailer is just hooked up but man I always hate the loading up and getting ready to go part. Always plan to get ready and get everything loaded to the trailer during the week but murphys law never lets me, seems I'm a;ways scrambling like all night thursdays and half the day friday (should be working) just to get out of the gate. Lets see now which goes first? pots pans canopy wood ice chests shovels propane tanks burners or is it burners and propane tanksaluma trays zip locks tongs knives cutting boards lighters towels water sodas beer music and ect.ect.ect...........

I feel ya. Thats why were planning on adding tons of storage room on our trailer so we can keep chairs,canopy,ice chests, and such loaded on it all the time.

Same here, we've been building and using a 20' trailer with roof but we need to add some cabinets and other storage compartment, finding the time seems the problem.

zip ties,banners,dutch ovens (we do pan de campo down here)flag pole grate brushe gloves hand towels flashlight trash bags cups spoons napkins foil soap utensils bean ladel aprons baste brushes spray bottles ect.ect.ect..................

Four calls in the top ten yesterday I would say yes. I dont mind the all day cooking and the cleaning up the next day, just getting ready is always such a mad dash and murphys law always tries to throw you off.

Congrats on the nice finish. Seeing the mad dash pay off always makes it a little easier to take.
