Southern fried pork chops

Postby vermin99 » Thu Jan 21, 2010 9:46 pm

Southern fried pork chops on the menu tonight from a recipe I found online. No grilling for me tonight, too wet.You know us Californians, if its not sunny and warm we need to call a state of emergency.

Soaked the chops in some buttermilk for an hour, put some seasoning on the chops and seasoned the flour.
