I bought a Stainless Steel Wok(Disca) at Academy Sporting Goods in Corpus today and decided to break it in on fried catfish, shrimp, husher puppies & Waffle Fries.. It worked out great.. Tripas manana for the last Cowboys game!!!!

I kind of feel guilty at times. I feel blessed to be able to eat good. I have my glucose under control so I am treating my self like the Doc suggested.... Ready for SLa? :3some: :3some:

Great stuff. I saw one of those disk things at the swap meet a while back. I thought they were kind of cool but didn't really know what it was. Now that I see it in action I might have to get one. Thanks.
