What a great episode this was! So many recipes to try, so little time!

At least he had a rib recipe that called for slow grilling, not boiled first! Robert Irvine can get on my nerves, but he is a great Chef and very talented!
I'm really craving that clam chowder he made!

The recipe for the mussels sounds good to me. :D I love steamed mussels and clams. :D :D Those mussels would be good with pasta. :D :D

They really looked good while he was cooking them. I've never tried them, but would like too. I hate oysters and I think I'm afraid they will be similar. But I love clams!

They are sweet like clams. :D If you like clams, you'll love mussels. :D :D
