Oh man that looks good! Wish my family had a more adventureous palet. If it aint over cooked or creamed they dont want it!

I hear ya Nick, most of the women folk in my family won't eat anything if it has any pink.

They miss out on alot of the beef I cook! :lol: 8)

Nice food ya got there.

I hear ya both. A lot of times when I cook for relatives it is welldone, no spices added to any meat. oh ya and cant forget pass the sauce or ketchup..... :shock:

it is so funny when people dont know what is on it, they do not complain about it. I did a rib feed last fall, and we did moink balls with a dip of ranch dressing, rootbear bbq sauce, and hot and spicey. The wife never said anything and the hot and spicey was the fist one gone... :lol:

oh well.
