I've never BBQd any game, the closest I have come is grillin some venison steaks. The wife doesn't like venison so I don't get it very often.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh now this is what I'm talkin about..................wild game............you betcha. A staple food around my house. I prefer buffalo, venison and wil hog to most other types of meat. Gimme a hindquarter from a deer, wild hog, or javelina and a smoker and look out..........

Elk....yes it is ...I have only eatin it a few times....but I don't have elk around here :cry:

I do know the few times I have it was actually better than whitetail !!!!

Elk is way better than whitetail, Axis deer is great too.
