Nice job Jim!

Every Sunday evening my buddy's mom would make homemade tortillas and use some type of cheese that I cannot find. She would make nacho's. Man, they were good! I always made it a point to visit their house on Sundays!

I have tried making the tortillas but just dont have the knack...

Great looking snacks there. That tostada looks nice & fresh. I'm used to seeing the ones from fast food places that look like they've been sitting around for a few months.
