Pulled pork (soft) tacos!
I got plenty of pulled pork and hot smoked beans left from yesterdays BBQ, so thought about wrapping some in soft tortillas.
Warmed up the pulled pork, hot beans and tortillas, grated some cheddar cheese and made Salsa Mexicana for some some fresh flavors.
Oh man, incredibly nice!!

Those look great. Really like the look of that fresh salsa on them. Flavor had to be great too. Just can't get that out of a jar.

Good lookin grub Sterno, I could eat 2 or 12 of those. Look as Good as the carnitas tacos I had for lunch the other day at the taquiera in town.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

I have been thinking about pulled pork tacos ever since a local bbq joint started selling them! Those look good dude! Did you make the tortillas or do they sell them in Germany?

Re: Pulled pork (soft) tacos!
Thanks guys!!
These are ready made. We can get wheat tortillas in any supermarket easily. Next step for me is to make my own tortillas. I bought already a 2 pound bag of Masa Harina. I dont have a press, but maybe I still manage to make some tortillas myself. Have to try them soon...
Cheers,
Sterno

Re: Pulled pork (soft) tacos!
Y'all might want to try using some of the PP with drained coleslaw as filling egg-rolls. You might like 'em as much as the tacos which look pretty good right now.
