Absolutely, hands down, with out a single doubt, my #1 favorite dish of all! That plate done went and made me hungry! I'm going to have to do some CFS this week.

CF That is my all time favorite comfort food. and that looks soooooo gooood.you went and made the cowboy hungry.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

I concur James, I prefer mine made with venison over beef. I still say my mom cooking CFS in my grandmothers iron skillet is my all time favorite meal. For some reason no other pan, pot, skillet, can make gravy like that one can.
