I decided to make a stroganoff, but instead of sliced beef, I used smoked meatballs. I made a stroganoff sauce with sour cream, sauted leeks, and chopped mushrooms. The home-made noodles were boiled in beef stock.
I forgot to fill the bowls.
ready to serve
noodles with fresh cracked black pepper, meatballs covered in sauce, and fresh green onions sprinkled on top
a little hard to see the meatballs with the thick sauce, but it was good eatin'.
