Made some quesadillas a while back using leftover Pulled Mojo Pork
Pretty simple - Mojo sauce on a flour tortilla, Pulled Pork, and you favorite cheese and some peppers of your choice
What is the paper for? It's parchement paper. Cut it to fit a pizza or quesadilla and then use your pizza peel to put the pizza or queadilla on/off the pizza stone.
Homemade pizza peels from some leftover redwood and oak

You are up kinda late
Hopefully I'm not boring folks with some pics of cooks from the past - SurfinSapo may have seen some of these on a different forum. May as well share them.

Re: Mojo Pork Quesadillas
Hmmmm - I posted a reply with my Blackberry. Didn't work. Here you go.
The XL and Small Za Stones were ordered through Big Green Egg. I made the mini stone out of a busted platesetter (diverter for an Egg). There is a BGE dealer that openend up recently in CC. They are located just past Sam's on the service road on the right as you are headed towards the airport. Not a good location but they could order one for you.
