Since I didn't eat lunch today, I started getting the munchies a bit ago... Had some catfish, so I fried it up! Whipped up a bit of tartar sauce too... Now that it's all gone, I'm realizing that I should have made a sandwich out of it...
Guess I better cook some BBQ soon as I ain't posted a BBQ picture in a long time...
Let it get a bit darker than I wanted, but it tasted OK.

Re: Fried Catfish
Dang that looks good! I was going to go to Jim's site and get some ideas on what to make tonight, but now I know. Gonna have to fry up some fish and mt. oysters. I like to use a beer batter for the fish, may do it on the mt. oysters too. may have to throw some spares on the smoker w/a fattie and corn on the cob.
Thanks alot James!!! I'm starve'n cause of your post!
Thanks for post'n the pic, sure looks good.
