Cross between a Rachel and a Rueben

Postby DATsBBQ » Thu Jul 30, 2009 8:15 pm

Tonight's Dinner: Pastrami on a Pumpernickel/Rye bread with kraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing served along homemade German Potato Salad.

Steamed the Pastrami, toast the bread and put it all together. Good stuff Maynard.

Looks outstanding! I would have to go with white bread or a nice cracked wheat for me, as rye is one of the FEW breads that I dislike! I like how thick cut the pastrami is.. 8)
