My take on Fish Tacos

James, looks like I have grilled salmon and some tilapia tacos on the menu for tonights meal. How was the sauce? Would you do anything differently with the sauce?

The sauce was good. I used equal parts mayo (Hellman's) and sour cream and the juice of 1 lime and 1/2 lemon. Add the juice in a bit at a time until you get it to where you want it. I also took a pinch of salt, fresh cracked pepper and some Tone's roasted garlic seasoning (got it at Sam's) and ran it through the spice grinder and added it to the mix... Came out like a tangy cole slaw dressing.

Never had a fish taco, even while working in San Diego, but, gotta admit, they look Good!
