Blackened Tenderloin
Cooked on side burner using a hot plate.Served with mac n cheese,asparagus and bread.The only bad part was that pepper,my mouth is still burnin.

Great looking plate and a very good choice of beer to wash it down with...
BTW: If your mouth is burning from that pepper now, but yer other end ain't in the AM, then either the pepper wasn't hot enough or ya didn't eat enough of 'em!
