Simple supper

Postby copkid » Sat May 16, 2009 8:46 am

Last night at our house was find your own food, as I got home late from work. I made a simple baked tater with butter, broccoli, and a mix of monterey jack and american cheese along with some bacon bits. Yum!

Laura, I must agree, that is a fine meal. We do that often. Baked potato's are great food. I don't think I have ever eaten one I didn't like. CF :D

Thanks everyone! I tend to eat alot of baked spuds, as I know I don't get enough potassium, etc, and they are great sources of it. I just don't do well on a big meat meat late in the evening when I've been working all day, and it's a great way to get those veggies in as well.
