Rich, I like to joke....please remember that.

I'm guess'n as clean as that .....er......a......"smoker" is that it doesn't get used much.

Tell Cindy I'm :angryfire: that that nice look'n piece of meat isn't on a smoker w/mesquite or pecan!

Ok, no more joke'n......I'm new and shouldn't make too many people mad at first............that'll come later.

Looks great! Can't wait to see it sliced. What temp are you take'n it to? What did you do for a rub? Looks like salt & pepper, which is about all that needs.

Nice zuks and onions, what time is supper? Wish you were just 700 fence posts away!

Well yesterday I wound up with a full stomach and heavy eyelids. I do have a couple of sliced pics. It was covered with salt and peppa, garlic. Into the oven @ 350 for 20 minutes per pound. Covered and let rest for 25 minutes. It turned out ok, a little on the rare side. That was fine for me. It was Cindy's first, she will get the temp time thing lined out. I liked it, sliced up a couple of slabs for breakfast this am.
BigAl, don't worry about the ribbing. It's all good. :D :D :D :D
