Quick easy and cheesy

Postby JamesB » Sun Mar 01, 2009 8:23 pm

Wifey and kiddos got back from girly scout camping today... Kiddos wanted a grilled cheese. While digging in the fridge, found some left over tater soup.

So, we had a very cheesy dinner (supper as Dad would say).

Grilled Cheese and Cheddar Potato Soup.

I made up some Chili yesterday, and my wife asked if I wanted a grilled cheese...I wish I would have said yes now.

Looks like a great meal. Potato soup is something I grew up with. Don't get it as much as I'd like. Nice job!

Love tator soup. Wished I could make it like my grandmother's, who was born in Der Fatherland. Also, love grilled cheese sammie. I like mine with a thin slice (or two) tomato and onion in between the cheese before grilling.

Looks tasty and no doubt my food of choice on a cold winter night, or for a snack, or for lunch, or just about anytime.
