Prime Rib Sandwich

Postby OSD » Sun Feb 15, 2009 7:23 pm

We had a nice piece of prime rib left from yesterday's dinner, so what to do with it  Too big for one portion, but not big enough for 2. Hmmm :!: How about a French Dip sandwich. :D

So I got out the elec meat slicer and sliced it extra thin, almost shavings. :D

Next I heated what was left of the Au ju in a small pan. Cut some French bread, put a light coating of creamy horseradish sauce on the bottom half, slathered some spicy German mustard on the top half. Then I took and put the sliced PR into the hot Au ju for a couple minutes to warm it up, and then piled the dripping wet PR onto the bread.
