I was looking around in the freezer yesterday and found a ham bone an and some chunks of ham from the last double smoked ham I did. So, I figured a big pot of ham and beans sounded good.
soaked the beans overnight, rinsed and ready

Looking OK from here. I love those large Lima's. I have found the real large Lima's at the Mid-East stores. I also see you are about the use our Chile cornbread pan. I have a recipe for Creole Lima's also very good, will post it. CF
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America
