Beef Tips and Noodles

Postby OSD » Mon Feb 02, 2009 8:05 pm

Well sorta. I used the last package of chain meat I had in the freezer. Started with a little butter and sauted some minced garlic and then browned the meat. Took the meat out and made a stock gravy, put the meat back in and finished cooking the meat in the sauce

I would have put a little sour cream sprinkled with chives on there. 8)

Man that looks tasty! Just think, if you mixed a little sour cream in with the sauce, you'd be sneaking up on Beef Stroganoff! This gives me an idea for the rib tips I've been hoarding left from cutting my ribs St. Louis style presentation. Mmmmm....
