Quesadillas for dinner

Postby OSD » Mon Jan 12, 2009 7:49 pm

Got a hankering for Quesadillas, so I rounded up everything and made them for dinner. :D

Image
flour tortillas, shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend, pickled Jalapeno slices, chopped smoked brisket

Image
layer on the brisket and Jalapeno slices

Image
now a nice layer of cheese

Image
onto the Quesadilla maker

Image
top it off with another flour tortilla, close the lid and let it cook

Image
hot out of the Quesadilla maker and ready to slice

Image
sliced and served with salsa, sour cream, and more sliced pickled Jalapeno slices.
:D
