It's only been a few days since Thanksgiving, but I think I'm about ready for a steak!
Simple Soup from left over smoked turkey. Stock made from same turkey. carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme and a squeeze of lemon.

No turkey here, but, during the week, soup is one of my mainstays. Keep the calories down so I can splurge on the weekend. I wouldn't mind a few bowls of that during the week, Mine usually comes out of a can!
