Turkey Noodle Soup

Postby JamesB » Sun Nov 30, 2008 6:40 pm

It's only been a few days since Thanksgiving, but I think I'm about ready for a steak!

Simple Soup from left over smoked turkey. Stock made from same turkey. carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme and a squeeze of lemon.

Heck yeah! Any recipes that will help me with turkey leftovers is greatly appreciated. I like this one, especially with the cold weather coming!

No turkey here, but, during the week, soup is one of my mainstays. Keep the calories down so I can splurge on the weekend. I wouldn't mind a few bowls of that during the week, Mine usually comes out of a can!
