Fried fish for dinner

Postby OSD » Sat Nov 22, 2008 6:38 pm

I cut some catfish fillets into chunks for frying and some Okra. A light breading instead of batter. Mmmm they were good. :D

Fried catfish, fried Okra, and some pasta with a white cheddar cheese sauce. :D

Looks MUCH better than the chinese buffet we had for dinner... The buffet was the kiddos choice since they both got straight A's...

Looks great, except for the weed pods :P . Never could get a grip on okra. But I'd be glad to have a plate of the fish and mac!
