Fried fish for dinner

I cut some catfish fillets into chunks for frying and some Okra. A light breading instead of batter. Mmmm they were good.

Fried catfish, fried Okra, and some pasta with a white cheddar cheese sauce.

Looks MUCH better than the chinese buffet we had for dinner... The buffet was the kiddos choice since they both got straight A's...

Is that the boxed mac and cheese ?? That is still my favorite !! :bow:

Looks great,except for the weed pods

. Never could get a grip on okra. But I'd be glad to have a plate of the fish and mac!
