Well I was out of charcole so I had to bake these. Never baked wings before but turned out pretty good ! I seasoned the top darker wing and potatoes with Hoochi Mama !!

Its funny for a fat guy I dont eat that much !? I also wasnt sure how the would come out in the oven so didnt want to mess up a bunch of wings... :lol: :roll:

I have a friend that has a Jamaican resturaunt and he told me to let chicken soak in water and vinegar, and massage the chicken to get any blood out, or something like that. :roll: I dont know what exactly it does but you can tell a difference in soaking and massaging and not !?!? :dont:
