Chops and a fatty

Smoking some chops for a pork chop casserole later on. Also have a fatty on - sage sausage stuffed with a habernaro/jalapeno/chipotle cheese. I love this cheese. Get it at Sam's. Only one pic now - will post more as the meal progresses. BTW - Go Cowboys!!!
