Jambalaya

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun Oct 19, 2008 8:31 am

Made tamales Friday night, so I didn't get anything out to smoke. But I did gather enough groceries to make up a batch of jambalaya. Sausage and shrimp. Some garlic bread on the side. Turned out good. Easy meal after being up most of the night with the tamales.
