I was in one of my moods. I know I was a bad boy for cooking this dinner. I most likely clogged or slowed down a couple arteries, spiked my cholesterol, and gained a couple pounds, but it was sooooo good.
these will be the chicken fried steak
cubed potatoes and onion frying in bacon grease
some sausage frying
starting to make the sausage gravy
Chicken fried steak, fried potatoes, fried eggs ( over easy ) sausage gravy, 1 biscuit with butter & apple butter, and 1 biscuit with sausage gravy.

I'm like you Jim, I prefer breakfast for dinner! That looks way yummy, especially those eggs. Love 'em over easy! (Cept I like white toast dripping with butter to sop them up with! That's what I fixed for myself after I got home from work last nite, so I hear ya about those arteries!)

Jim, I refuse to think that kind of food is bad for you. Really looking good to this fat boy, CF.
