some italian

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun Sep 28, 2008 3:24 pm

Decided to do a lasagna and a mushroom/crab pasta casserole. Lasagna has all the usual. The casseole has a couple lbs. of sauteed mushroom (baby portabellas and button), a lb. of crab, penne pata and alfredo sauce. Going in the oven shortly. Some garlic bread will be had to sop up any loose juices. Will post a finished pic later.

Well, here's the finished meal. OMG, it turned out excellent! I am so stuffed, I can hardly type. I will definetly do the penne mushroom/crab casserole again. Delicious! Not great pics, but I hope you can see enough.
My wife is smiling and my buddy is rubbing his gut, so I guess it all turned out well!

Both look tasty, but man, that crab lasagna is really unique and sounds delicious. Great job! Viva Italiano!
