With the summer heat and since we had brisket & chicken this last weekend, I thought something a little lighter and chilled would be a nice change.
So I made some of these for dinner tonight.
Fresh tomatoes stuffed with a chilled creamy lump crab salad.
They were a great cool and refreshing change of pace for dinner.
A lighter dinner in the summer heat

Jim, You do it right. I'm impressed with the presentation.

That does look good, and a really nice presentation. I like crab a lot, and that looks like a great way to serve it. Nice job, but, like Sterno, that might have to be my appertizer while I'm waiting on the ribs or pulled pork. Probably why I'm so thin!
