Pork Loin Leftovers

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Wed Feb 07, 2024 6:27 pm

Over the summer we bought some pork tenderloins and brined, seasoned 'n' grilled them. Lots of leftovers to vac-seal. Today, we got out a pack and did this. I also made a couple of relishes/spreads to go on the sammiches which were on toasted club rolls.

One sam displayed bare, one with—-Yes, those are sprouts. No, we're not hippies; these are radish sprouts and peppery as all get-out.

They were good if I do say so myself.
