Air fryer fowl

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sat Jan 06, 2024 3:41 pm

I can't hold a candle to most of you, and haven't had much of the cooking spirit lately. But we had some bone-in chicken breasts and yellow potatoes. So after a Greek seasoning treatment, into the air fryer with 'em. Forgive the canned vej. With lemon pepper and dill they were acceptible.

At least it was mashed potatoes and not couscous! :laughing7:

It was quite good and the chicken came out better than we expected.
