Postby OldUsedParts » Thu Nov 30, 2023 11:25 am

I've been hongrie for some Pork Belly Burnt Ends and I picked up a good one at HEB and thawed it in the Frig. Well everything was going great until that Front came down and brought lots of "well needed" Rain :dont: :whiteflag: Sooooooooooooooooooooo I decided to do them in the Oven instead of the Pellet Grill :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag: :whiteflag:

Anything that is connected to Bacon usually tastes Great and I'll let Y'all know later today ! :dont:  :salut: :chef: :texas:

Oven or smoker, bacon is still BACON!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
