Texas Best Chili mix, 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 whole white onion diced cooked with the meat and 3 lbs of venison chili meat.
I am different. I put the meat, onions, salt and pepper, and chili meat in a pan and cook it all together. Then add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and simmer about 3 hours. If I was cooking for just me I would only add 1 can of tomato sauce to make it more spicy, but the wife likes it toned down.

Nice looking pot of red. I am firmly in the sucklebusters 2 dump comp chili kits camp. We will be doing some Tuesday or Wednesday after the cool front gets here.

You know, he has never been here when I cooked it OUP. He's not much on spicy yet though.
