I decided to do a Pork Baked Tater with all the Stuffins today. The Pork wasn't exactly Pulled, it was leftover meat from some Spare Ribs I Pellet Grilled last month. I've had a similar Tater, only with Chopped Brisket at Vernon's BBQ Grill and I must admit I liked the Brisket one better because it didn't have the 'sweetness' that my Pork Ribs did. The Pictures should speak for themselves.

the last picture wouldn't go where it belonged (maybe because there were so many) pics

If that's not a great idea, I don't know what is.

thanks, Y'all - - - I'll definitely do it again, in some form or another but I must admit that I stole the idea from Vernon's and it has become my go-to there along with their Cheese Burger Salad.

Re: Leftover Pulled (grilled?) Pork Baked Tater
finally back in Texas....
That tater looks great!!
there is a place down in the Texas Rio Grande valley that makes its living on stuffed taters, a game warden took me there years ago. A stuffed tater is a great meal!!
