Hoochie Mama Lamb Chops

Postby ikiru » Sat Apr 19, 2008 8:15 am

Here are some pics from my dinner a few nights back. I rubbed down a couple of lamb chops and pan fried them in a bit of oil. They came out with a nice crispy crust, a bit of heat, and oh so juicy!

I love how the Hoochie Mama rub changes its taste after the heat hits it. It resembles a cajun blackened flavor.

So, its confirmed, Hoochie Mama goes great on Lamb Chops! And they come out very photogenic to boot!

Thanks for the post ikiru - a 'lil Hoochie makes just about anything taste better!

I think you are the first to Hoochie-up lamb chops. Great idea to pan sear them too! 8)
