Not to hijack OUP's thread… we tried frozen, thawed Brussells sprouts in the air fryer.
Results were better than the first time with raw, but they still needed more oil, even though it seemed like more than enough.
Plated with leftover rotisserie chicken and rice with green onyawn and cream cheese. (Be grateful it wasn't couscous).
Not bad, but, yeah, fresh, and in a pan is better. Thanks fer lookin'!

Re: Other than meat, plus meat
while that is a great looking plate, I have been spermenting with evoo and spg on assorted veggies on skewers then on the grill till tender, takes longer than in a pan but a plausible cooking method. So far squish, zucchini, oinion, mushrooms, and bell pepper.(just had to hijack )

I used to do a similar thing with Venison Backstrap interlaced in with the veggies and basted with Italian Dressing
