Sous vide backstrap

We sous vide some backstrap today to 125, then into the Wagner CI on the gasser for a sear.
Wife made a red wine sauce.

Can't beat a good Sous Vide with Venison Backstraps. Looks great bowhntr, and I know it tastes even better, I'm a big fan of this dish with this cooking process.
