Served alongside mac 'n' chez, and some green thing that wandered onto the plate.
Made two versions, red and brown, in two slow cookers, and believe it or not this is the red one.
(It's been cold and windy, and we just got the rigs out and cleaned. There may be some grillin' this weekend.)

We've done that…but you can't smoke anything in a slow cooker.
