I had planned on stuffing two thick cut pork chops today for Lunch but, after I got to going, I decided to do them in the Oven and only stuff one. The two sides, brown rice and green beans, as well as the pork chops were flavored and stuffed with Carmalized Own-Yawns and Bacon. I also used my latest purchase from Suckle Busters of Sugar Daddy Rub and Peach Sauce.
Sherry got the stuffed pork chop and I ate the other one. No boasting but these were the best pork chops that I've ever tasted or cooked and the only thing I would do differently would be charcoal grill them the next time. I took them to 163 and they were still moist but I couldn't get any bark from the oven cooking.
I highly recommend these two Suckle Buster Products and I'm planning on seasoning and glazing a ham with them very soon.
