Oatmeal raisin. Because we bought one of those infomercial countertop oven/air fryer thingies, and wanted to run a head-to-head comparison with the old toaster oven.
I had run out of raisins, the horror. So we stood around picking them out of raisin bran cereal.
Infomercial oven wins by a mile.

I'm hooked on Nutter Butters and now I'm starting to crave Snicker Doodles (got a good recipe today for the S.D.s but I doubt you could handmake the N.B.s)

Re: Cookies!
The infomercial oven/air-fryer clearly easily beat the old toaster oven. It took twice as long to bake the cookies in the old toaster oven and they were barely brown. Still, it makes good toast!

Re: Cookies!
We've been hitting HEB Bakery oatmeal raisin cookies pretty hard at my house recently, I've been having them for breakfast among other things. I'd certainly be up for testing some of those cookies made in the infomercial oven thing!

Re: Cookies!
Thanks, y'all....there are also some lost recipes from my own family, 1MoreFord. For these, we just used a Toll House cookie recipe with raisins and oatmeal instead of chocolate chips.
Not that we don't LOVE chocolate chip Toll House.

Re: Cookies!
I spent futile decades attempting to recreate some Joe Froggers we bought in Salem, Mass. No published recipe even came close, so I gave up.
