Cindy's twice baked spiral ham

Postby Rich777 » Sat Mar 29, 2008 7:23 pm

Cindy did this for Easter. I'm still trying to get her to do this on her own, she is so stubborn. But I'm getting close to 1000 so I'll help her out

Rich,

Tell Cindy she did a great job on the ham :) My wife did ours in the oven and it was good with lots left for the kids to take some home, some for sammies during the week plus the bone will be the foundation for the "Portugese Bean Soup".

Aloha and Mahalo Jim... Wasn't thinking too swift last night. Had a disappointing first cook. Tried to cook on the new pit but it was only 35 degrees and snowing so had a heck of a time with overall temp. Good news is that I think I got the tuning plates figured out.
