Rainbow Goulash via Tri-Color Rotini

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Feb 27, 2021 1:42 pm

I used to use this Rotini in a Chilled Seafood Pasta Salad a lot but this time it's with Grass Fed Burger, Rotels, Own-Yawns, Corn and topped with melted Monterey Jack. Meat seasoned with Suckle Busters "Espresso" :chef: :salut: :texas:

Looks great: heck, I would have eaten that with some of your Corn Pones without the cheese.

It looks juicy and delicious! Please write a detailed recipe. I am very interested in your dish. After all, this is an excellent hearty lunch in the cold season.

Ingredients: :chef:
1 lb of Grass Fed Ground Beef (not cheap burger meat!)
1 medium Sweet Yeller Own-Yawn chopped medium
1/2 Box of Multi-Color Rotini boiled to el dente
2 cans of medium Rotels tomato and green chilies
1 medium can of whole kernel corn (drain the juice)

Instructions:
Take large skillet and brown Beef and Own-Yawns - - and then drain and return to skillet
Salt and Pepper to taste (I used Suckle Busters Espresso Rub)
Then dump in remaining ingredients and simmer until nice and bonded (at least 30min)

I then plate and grate Monterey Jack Chez, melt in Microwave and pig out !

A skillet of Martha White's Sweet Yeller Cornbread really goes nicely with this.

"Bone Apple Tight" :chef:
Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in Microwave - - - they are as good as the original
