As we are locked until now and cannot go to a sunny country because of the dictatorship made by our crazy politicians, we had to prepare our "sunny food" by ourselfes. So yesterday i made some Dolmades in Lemon Sauce. Dolmades are traditional greek wine leaves stuffed with a Lamb-Rice Mixture.
I can say that they were great and suitable to prepare a Revolution for kicking our Dictators out of our Countries!

Looks tasty, Bert - - - are the leaves originally in a cluster or are they separate on the bush

I don´t know how they are doing. I think the separated leaves are put together in the glass.

I googled and they are separate like Fig Leaves. Do you steam them? If so, do you wait until they are stuffed or before?

No, you can buy them in salty liquid. Before using them you have to rinse them in clear water. Then u stuff them and steam them. Also because you use uncooked rice for the filling.
You can see the full procedure here. But I think, my receipt is better
