I love playing with leftovers, especially when it turns out good.
Remove Boudin from Casing and brown with Own-Yawns
Warm leftover Sweet Yeller Cornbread and lay on a large plate
Put sauteed Boudin on top of Cornbread
Warm leftover Fried Cabbage, Bacon and Own-Yawns
Place on top of Cornbread and Boudin and then warm all of it in the Microwave

At first I thought about one of Egg's Frittata's but opted out because of the cabbage and not really any spot for queso

Love how the cornbread 'base' just about covers your plate.
Moink!
