Seafood Giuvetsi

Postby daBertl » Thu Feb 04, 2021 2:18 pm

Giuvetsi is a traditional greek oven dish, which could be made with any kind of meet or with fish or seafood.
It is marked by Kritharaki Noodels. So all in all it is an one pot dish with a crust of cheese. And a dish, i could lie inside and turnaround all the time until I´m satisfied .... :chef:

As is common with my Friend Bert's dishes, it is beautiful but I'm going to pass on eating it. The man is certainly a Chef :chef:

You know, I was raised on raw Oysters and sucking the juice/fat/seasoning out of Crawfish heads and I like my Steak cool and red in the middle. However, for some reason I can't bring myself to eat Sushi, Squid or Oktopussis - - - I wonder why that is :?: :dont:

I´m just a poor and fat dentist, who has not any idea of cooking. But I´m happy to delight you with my small knowledge :chef:
